I believe in the 2nd Amendment
I believe in the 2nd Amendment. President Reagan stated in 1983, “And by the way, the Constitution does not say that the government shall decree the right to keep and bear arms. The Constitution says, “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
Both the United States and the West Virginia constitutions clearly lay this out and I will stand strong to protect these fundamental rights. I am a member of the West Virginia Citizens Defense League and the NRA as well as a concealed handgun license holder.
I believe firmly in school choice
Children have different learning styles and families should have options regarding their children’s education. I believe school choice provides the best opportunity for success.
I believe in the sanctity of life
Protecting our most precious and innocent, our unborn, is the utmost importance. I have had 5 pregnancies and 5 children. I have been pregnant under different circumstances and during different times and places in my life and I can not for any reason imagine killing a single one of them to make my life better or more bearable.
We must grow our State
I believe we need to continue on the road we have started and make West Virginia more business friendly.
